KELLY TWP — Milton State Police are looking for a man they say was trying to take pictures up women’s skirts in a public location. They report the man was seen at a store in Kelly Township, Union County using a cell phone to try to take pictures of different females. The action was caught on the store’s surveillance video and now police are asking the public if they have any information on the incident that happened Tuesday around 5:00p.m. Anyone with information is asked to call 570-524-9391.
