LEWISBURG – The man wanted for stealing a woman’s vehicle at a gas station near Lewisburg has been arrested. State police say 22-year-old Ryan Clayton of Mifflinburg was taken into custody in Manheim, Lancaster County today after the stolen vehicle was located. Police say Clayton crashed the vehicle in Manheim borough and then fled the scene. He was arrested a short time later. Clayton is charged with receiving stolen property and other charges. He will be extradited to Union County to face robbery and other charges for the incident Sunday night in Kelly Township.
