LEWISBURG — A black bear in Lewisburg was up a tree…then took a little nap. The bear was treed in East Buffalo Township, then tranquilized. The bear was estimated to be about two years old, according to Pennsylvania Game Commission Wildlife Conservation OFficer Dirk Remensnyder. The black bear was first spotted in Lewisburg.
