HARRISBURG — It was a family affair of fraud. 43-year-old Brian Bolus, president of Milton-based Minuteman Environmental Services, and five other family members have been charged in an insurance fraud scheme. The charges today were announced by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office. Bolus is facing 64 charges, which could result in a maximum fine of $1.4 million. Also charged are 71-year-old Robert Bolus Sr., who is incarcerated in Lackawanna County Prison, 48-year-old Robert Bolus Jr. of Bloomsburg, 71-year-old Julie Bolus of Luzerne County, 50-year-old Debra Bolus of Luzerne County and 50-year-old Sophie Gregory of Florida.
