LEWISBURG — Hungry children worried David Heberling, so he decided it was time to feed them. After learning that over 1,000 youth in Union County go hungry each summer, Heberling helped organize the Lewisburg Lunch Bunch program. Heberling said, “It’s a summer lunch program, primarily for those who would normally participate in the school district’s federally funded lunch program during the school year, but also for any youth that would like to attend.
