LEWISBURG — The rest of a preliminary hearing for a Lewisburg businessman has been continued. 43-year-old Brian Bolus was scheduled to be in Union County Court Friday, but the proceedings were delayed and will be scheduled for another date. Bolus, the president of Minuteman Environmental Services in Milton, was initially charged with 64 counts tied to an insurance fraud scheme. His preliminary hearing began earlier this month, where nine charges against him were withdrawn. Nearly 30 other charges again Bolus and Minuteman are going to court.
