LEWISBURG — Misunderstandings surround residential plans for the Penn House Commons site in East Buffalo Township. So say two township officials. Ralph Hess, planning and zoning director says the rendering that shows residential development on the site is not set in stone, “It is non-binding. Mr. Schleshinger and partners and others are not required to put any housing on this property.” Hess added that the drawing is only one vision and the developer has made no proposal to add residential housing to the site.
